I suppose guilt tripping the elderly out of their social security checks technically isn't scamming people. How much money does this bastard need anyway? Is he planning on bringin' it with him when he dies so he can give it to God? Believe whatever you want, but IMO getting your spirituality from Television is rather like getting dietary advice from Ronald McDonald.

Emptyness post has everything to do with it... he is showing examples of Robertson character (or lack of). You don't need to see the damn gym machine to realize he is full of it about his publicity-stunt-super-leg press.

Ummm... no... lol he didn't scam them... all of this moeny doesn't just go to him, it goes into his organizations... that he and they believe in, so no, not even close to a scam. No foul intention.

Besides, his organizations provide shoes, food, and money to warntorn countries... the feds have even teamed up with them. Also, one of the major problems in New Orleans right now is mosquitos. All of the swimming pools and manmade lakes are perfect breeding grounds for them. The government fears West Nile might be spread(has been found in bordering states) and his organizations have done far more than any other agency to date to take care of this problem(breeding a certain type of fish that eat mosqito larve and can live in extremely polluted environments... just drop some fish and leave.) So scam... naaa... he belives in his causes, so it's inherently not a scam, plus he does good work... not everything he says and does is good, but obviously he does way more than the average person, and if you've done all the good for humanity he has step up and do tell.
