I'm anti-supplement and esp. anti-creatine but I do take cod liver oil and use protein powder in my shakes. Bee pollen for energy. Lots of nervines. Multivitamin when I wanted. Ayurvedic rasayanas work better. |
yea, most of my weightlifter buddies use creatine but i know it only adds water to muscle.
i will probably start using protein powder though since i seem to have a lack of protein in my current diet
