Default getting hit!

3 suggestions,

#1 spar with well padded gloves 18 or 20 OZ it will allow you to take away your fear of getting hit, I am a silver level certified usa boxing trainer we use this all the time! also use training headgear, thicker more protective until you build your skill

#2 watch who you spar with, one of the biggest killers of young fightrers is sharks in the gym 3/4 of all injuries occur while in the gym sparring not in fights
if you get overmatched while training you will get "Gun Shy" a good trainer will not allow this to happen, this is not to say you can't spar with good experienced fighters, just be honest with them! In fact an experienced fighter will know how to take it easy better than a so-so guy. And many great fighters will love the chance to work mainly on defense.

#3 realize you are going to get hit, it is not a question of if but of when try some sparring drills, get a partner and do sets of 8 1 - 2 combos hitting just your opponents gloves in front of his face, then let him do the same to you! it will build your agression and give you the muscle memory to stay in there!

If you are 15 and want to work on your ground game why are you not wrestling in school? It is free will get you in 1rst grade shape and will give you the basics, and advance knowledge for MMA, and even BJJ guys would have to agree with that, also if you need to find a boxing gym look for a PAL (police athletic gym in your area they are free to!
