Herman Suwanda gets almost universal respect. Can't go wrong there.
Terry Gibson is well know for Maliphindo Silat from Guro Inosanto, but his vids are hard to come by. Get them if you can.
Also, check out Anakserak.com, from Dr. Andre Knust-Graichen's lineage. Most probably good stuff.
Guru Besar Rudy Terlinden's two vids are outstanding. I can say that since I do Ratu Adil and I also own the vids

Not many men have received bayonet wounds, and he had. He's been there and done that. You can't go wrong.
Tristan Sutrisno is another great resource. Silat guru, from Indonesia, and again, a war Vet. You can't beat this kind of experience.
