Oma...what do you think wrestlers do while in the stand up game? When they have you in the clinch/tie up what do you think they do...just stand there and let you pull them to the guard? Or just stand there patiently waiting for you to pull off one of the fancy moves you mentioned? Wrestlers while in the tie up have just as many attacks as any bjj guy. They can pumple to a front ankle pick up or to a fireman throw or to a single or double leg takedown. They can arm pop up to side strangle hold or rear ankle pick up to a rear mount. While in the tie up they can pull the head in for a shoulder smash to the nose then shoot the right arm around the head and drop shooting the left arm between the legs for a leg hook for a very nasty lift and dump takedown. Thats just a few of the techniques that you will have to worry about. The other thing that you will have to work really hard at is taking them down from the tie up because they are very good at pumpling (or as some say pummeling) and using different footwork while in the tie up forcing you to move with them and preventing you from simply dropping to the guard. As far as you thinking that wrestling does not have a rear mount with the hooks in...or a rear naked choke have you ever done any personal research into the wrestling arts in America back in the late 1800's and early 1900's? If you would take the time to do some of your own research you would see people like Strangler Louis (how do you think he got that name?)Frank Gotch in the early 1900's then later Karl Gotch in the 1940's and 1950's doing Catchascatchcan Wrestling. You would see people like Lou Thesz doing real wrestling. Submission wrestling did not start in Brazil regardless of what you want to think. There were people here in the good ole USA doing submission wrestling long before bjj was even a blip on the radar. Look at Judo Gene LeBell, most people think he only did Judo because of his nickname but he trained personally with Lou Thesz and Karl Gotch and learned the art of Catchascatchcan wrestling and also knows Sambo and trained boxing. So do not fool yourself into thinking that wrestling does not have the submissions that bjj has. High School and Collegiate wrestling may not have the subs but I assure you that "real" wrestling does. Let me say that I am in no way against BJJ I just think that it is good to cross train and learn other arts...especially the grappling arts.
