Incidentally, I am not the same person as on the other forum. Ashtanga for anyone who doesn't know is a form of Yoga, and there are not surprisingly a thousand Ashtanga's on the net - in forums, with the name in email address, etc. If I was the person on the other forum, I would have no problem admitting it, but sorry not me I'm afraid. |
