Default Taekwondo
Taekwondo is a Korean martial art that is taught through out the world. It is based on hand strikes and Kicks. It is best known for fast snapping kicks and jumping spinning kicks. There are three major divisions current the World Taekwondo Federation, the International Taekwondo Federation and the American Taekwondo Association.
