Better shape or not, Hughes proved he's the better fighter. If it is his conditioning that makes him the better fighter, than thats what makes him the better fighter, but he IS the better fighter.
As far as not having enough time to prepare, BJ said he doesnt even train for his fights.. therefore... he had enough time to prepare, also he was supposed to fight Oct 10th, so its not like he wasnt preparing for that fight, plus 6 weeks is enough time for a training camp anyway.
Like I said, Penn looked so good because he blew his load so quickly. I can fight off the BJJ brown belts at my school using up all my energy but then after like a minute and 30 seconds of going balls to the walls I'm fucked. This is exactly what happened. Either way your going to lose, you just look like you had a chance at the start.
Btw, I think I will be rooting for GSP come his shot at Hughes, but tahts not the point, Penn lost to both of them.
God forbid he loses to diego (thats a joke... Oh god I hope Penn wouldnt lose to diego).
Stupid fucking BJ "I'll go up and beat Rich Franklin" what a joke.
