Looks an active forum.
I have been a big fan of Bruce Lee since i was a kid.
I have never sparred,or been to classes.I try to train myself(using techiques i glean from doc's etc).
I actually do not 'like' violence at all.Self defence being the motive.I have battled with low confidence for years(which has resulted in a panic attack),and i am trying to train my mind up as much as my body(though i drink alcohol to regular!).Look forward to any enlightenment |
