Tim's a great guy! Unfortunately I was only able to train with him for a brief time in 2005 (scheduling issues). I never had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Soares, but I did train with one of his purple belts.
Double unfortunately the weather is a bit crappy in Vancouver at the moment. Hopefully the rain stops by Sunday!
