Can I ask you y u haven't made any visitation to the doctor? If it bothered you that much u should have seen someone and you still should. A doctor can giv eyou or send you to someone that will give u better advice than any of us can.
Since u asked for remedies for a sprained back, I will give u some advice. Yoga is a very good activity to do with back problems. Look for a routine on the internet or join a 4 week class, it will help u for sure.
If your back is indeed SPRAINED like youi hav estated, u NEED to see a doctor about what u should or should not be doing. If you r exhagerating, u might not need to go, only u do. |
