No!
What I'm saying is, in this instance, the TKD dude is clearly a better athlete and fighter (not that the standard of either is high), but out of his depth in terms of the form of sporting context (in this case a 'low grade' MT match).

I don't see what 'Semi-contact' sparring has to do with either, but you'll no doubt explain.
This all comes down to those who believe styles make people and that sporting contests prove one over the other.
If you could prove either, then you'd do so.
