Oh,i have been to the doctor.Just that all they say is 'its nothing',just rest it for a while.I think the problem is i find it hard to rest.I am a bit hyperactive.But i did rest it for a couple of weeks,then did sea swimming(great massage) and footy,which seemed to help it.
Its still a bit vulrenable at the mo though,so i have to be careful-i think yoga may be a little harsh for it-so i will try to keep it exercised via sprinting etc.Cheers |
