tranquil is on a distinguished road
Default please give a newbie some advice

hi.

I have been doing jujitsu for about three years (i am a blue belt) and i am thinking about trying a new art becuase

i am about 6 feet and 7 inches and i am very muscular. i weigh about 250

I feel due to my body size, doing a jujitsu system which involves hip throws is not the ideal art for me to practice. (if u have no idea what a hip throw is, it involves you getting below you partners waist)

by the way, they average hieght in my jujitsu class is about 5 ft 6 inches and weight is about 170. so its really not fun learning with people u can kick in the face by kicking at your knee level

I know nothing about muay thai and i am trying to learn. but based on what i have said about myself, would i fit in good with muay thai?
