Thanks.I can kick ok( a straight leg level to my hip),but my side kick is only half that height,hence i have to lean backward(off balance)too much.
I have tried laying on the bed,with legs up the wall,and splaying-allowing gravity to stretch(SOUNDS FUNNY).
Im 37,i wonder if i've lost the opputunity to be flexible?Maybe not.I am 6 foot 1",quite tall.I wish i had started flexing when i was 5! |
