I'm not so sure a testicle squeeze is the most efficient thing to do.

One summer I worked at a fire station where the paramedics informed me that a man can be KILLED by a strike to the groin. One needs to of course keep them from curling up into the fetal position to keep the bleeding perpetuating but that's always nice to know, eh?

Don't under rate the strike to the groin, yes, it is excruciating for a man to be struck there. Excruciating is a strong word. If you can get a strike to the groin then take it, and then run.
