I've only trained kickboxing (3 years).
If he came charging at me, I would probably use footwork to get out of the way of his attack and pivot to face him, then tell him "hey mate, chill, I don't want to fight. Let's talk instead".
If he charged me again, I would suspect he's ready for me pivoting away, and come at me with less speed. Then I would probably try to look relaxed as long as possible, then step in as he came at me with a one-two to his face.
If he has no training, I think (hope?) my timing, judging of distance, and footwork would be much better than his, which would allow me to land the one-two combo before or while he throws his haymaker right. Keeping my chin tucked and my shoulder high would not let him land his strike clean on my face.
But if he's too big of a guy for me I would still run.

(Of course, I live in sweden, so it's not so likely that he has a knife or other weapon.)
