Frying pan all the way!!! If I was to be in a life or death battle and could choose between stick, double stick, and knife, I would always choose the knife. By covering up you can survive a stick attack, but edged weapons are not so forgiving. A knife is much more deadly than a stick, even though a stick can kill. Remember, though, that sticks don't kill, mean people with sticks kill
A knife would be my choice, the longer and more sturdy the better.
