Anyhow, a lady of Asian origin walked into our Dojang this morning, wanting some info. We are in the Boonies, not literaly but not much diversity, so our sign reads *Karate* but we are indeed a TKD school.
Dangit, the lady knew there was a difference
But what is the difference other than technical terms. I mean, with a bazillion TKD styles, I am sure Karate is no different. There is nothing else in town, not counting the Yoshika guy at the fitness club - he was less than accommodating, actually outright rude to one of our kids wanting to do something else.
