I out ran a few 16 & 17-year olds on the track about a month ago.
Then again, they probably weren't in peak condition. If they were, it would have been reverse!
I got smoked by some highschool swim teamer's in the pool. These kids run about 30 minutes every morning, swim 2000 to 5000 meters per workout and lift weights on the side. Real athletes!
