Hello everybody....

I am currently a wing chun instructor and enjoy training in BJJ, Muay Thai, Boxing and Choi Kwang Do.

I have been training in martial arts for around 20 years, but still have a long way to go. I love forums as they produce questions that I haven't thought of previously.

I am in the UK, specifically London/Surrey
