There is only a small matter of adjusting the position of your legs to apply torque (toward the outside of his knee) for this hold to become a KNEE dislocation technique.
Think HB? You have the lever in your arms, the fulcrum is your legs. His knee is gone if you bend it in the un-natural direction(s) while it is isolated?

Press his knee tight between your legs and lean over while holding his foot behind your armpit.
