 hapkido/bjj connection
Back in the late 1980s in Illinois, hapkido sahbumnims were some of the very first martial arts to train with Rickson, and this was long before Royce one the first three of 4 ufc's. It would be no surprise if some bjj guys sampled hapkido. Some hapkido schools do more work on disarming than any1 except 4 FMA, and many hapkido schools are great for real defense. |
