You got it, JKD187. Hatton finished him kind of early in Round 4.
However, a couple of things.
1) Castillio came in looking like he wasn't all there. I'm not the only one who noticed it as it was obvious by watching the first round.
2) That knockdown could have been legitimate, I just don't think the punch was a KO punch. It looked very suspect. Castillio was on one knee listening to Cortez count. He could have made it to his feet but he chose to stay down. He wasn't writhing in pain like DelaHoya was when Hopkins caught him. And if you notice during the post-fight interview Castillio is able to walk over, congratulate Hatton and then exit the ring all on his own unassisted. That didn't sit well with me.
It was a fight that ended quickly with spurts of hit-then-clinch action, and Hatton boosts his stock with a win over a P4P technician. I don't want to take anything away from Hatton because I think he's a damned good boxer. A bruiser with a nasty left hook to the body. It just seemed like Castillio didn't look at all like Castillio. He's usually a solid technician that gets the job done, but here he looked like he got sucked in way too easily into Hatton's game. Way too easy.
In the end, the better man won. I'd like to see Hatton take on some more good challenges and look great doing it. I'm really looking forward to hearing Castillio's explanation as to why he didn't attempt to get up though.
