Yeah I concur. Lift Weights after you practice your MA. If you do it prior to doing MA your more likely to have tired muscles therefore it will decrease your execution, speed, technique, etc.

Also make sure if your lifting weights, especially for MA purpose, make sure you do 4-6-8-10-12 reps and 2-3 sets. Make sure your weight that your lifting is comfortable enough yet challanging to lift. If your working on being a body builder then the higher the reps are the more muscles you would gain, if you work on a mild of reps such as 6-8, that's generally the Martial Art category.

But that's one point of view!!
