I would vary that a bit. Instead of grabbing his head, throw in an overhook on the same side as the leg he has. This gives you more control than grabbing the head as well as more options once you (hopefully) get your leg back. I would also advise against jumping and just shift your weight toward the captured leg as you move closer and force it down while pulling up hard on the overhook and driving your hip in at an angle, in a sort of extended sprawl. If you free your leg, you've still got that overhook and all the options it presents.
