Things take time to change. It will, slowly, just like in other sports. They have women's MMA competitions in Japan already. I think there might have been one in the US as well, but I can't remember the details (I only heard about it through word of mouth). HooknShoot maybe?

The more women that get involved, the sooner the change will happen. There has to be a market for it before they will provide the means to put together something like a women's UFC.
