ok then, lol heres one for you:
if you have a car or your friend has one, get some unused road. engine off get your mate in the driving seat. he has a timer, time 3 mins. push the car as far as you can in 3 mins then take a break and recover, repeat 4 or 5 times.
each time trying to push the car as far as possible, after the 3 mins stop the car and wait a set amount of time, 1-2 mins or so. at the end mark where you got to in terms of distance. each time try and beat it.
It uses all of the muscles in your body at the same time and is one hell of a cardio work out. one of my favourite workouts in fact. will get you fit in no time and the strength it builds is functional.
bring your sick bag though.
