I just thought you might like this vid. This is Spencer Oliver, my boxing coach, Former European Super Bantamweight Champion. Spencer is a superb trainer and a really lovely guy.
The video features the man himself plus his young protege, 13 year old Rudy Michaels. This young kid has only been training for 18 months, what a talented little guy, I hope to see big things from him in the future. There is also some tall, bald geezer in an Inosanto top who keeps cropping up, don't know who that idiot it is
