Not knowing where you live, 100$ a month sounds pretty decent. This is not the MA question, this is the money question, and only you can decide if the money is spend well: Do you like the atmosphere and the instructor, do you learn well there....
Schools have overhead that needs to be met to keep the doors open and the instructor fed, and the students pay for it. That's a fact of life.
I know some people are fortunate to offer or receive quality instruction for free, but those cases are not the norm!
And even 2 hours a week sounds good, especially since the schedule allows for over run. One can pack a lot into an hour! 2 to 3 workouts a week are recommended for the amateur practitioner. You can work out pretty hard and give your body time to recouperate in between classes.
