What items do you typically carry?

I am always armed…the only time you’ll see me unarmed is on an airplane or in the shower.

My standard EDC (everyday carry) loadout:

1. Glock 23 CCW, IWB, which I carry in the appendix carry for faster drawstrokes.
2. Two knives-one is a fixed blade that rides horizontally on the beltline and I carry it in the appendix carry that can be drawn with either hand. The other is a folder with a 5 inch blade I carry in my back pocket.
3. On my keychain I carry an LED light.
4. In my pants pocket I carry a chromtech stinger and a small canister of OC spray.
5. On my belt I carry a Letherman multipurpose tool.
6. I have three vehicles; each one has a AK47 with 3 30rd mags in the trunk or under the back seat. I also keep spare mags for my Glock in the car. Each also has a medical kit, survival food, extra blankets, and a bug out kit.
7. I sleep with a basegball bat and a Glock next to my bed.
8. I have two shotguns staged strategically in my home.
9. I have a large 72 hour emergency kit next to my bedroom door with enough supplies to keep my family of four going for 72hours. I also keep a rifle bag with it and my M4 with 6 30rd magazines and other rifle supplies including optics, tactical lights, etc.
10. I have two large dogs- one is a black lab, the other is a rotty, and a third is a small very cute dog (Bagel – part basset hound and part beagle he looks like a tank).
11. I always have my briefcase with me. In my brief case I keep a Surfire flashlight, another Glock with 3 magazines, two more knives, Ibuprofen, my note book, and whatever book I am reading at the time. I just finished “Flyboys” about WWII pilots in the South Pacific and I am starting “Sea of Gloria” America’s voyage of discovery the U.S. Exploring expedition by Nathaniel Philbrick. I am always reading something.

My wife thinks I am insane.
