The gyms ive trained in in Thailand that have only Thai boys training hardly spar at all, only clinch and sometimes boxing only.
The gyms ive seen in Thailand with a lot of foriegners training tended to have them sparring with each other for size etc.
Personally i belive we have to spar in the west much more often than they do in Thailand because we fight much less often.

yeah i agree its important to spar alot more in the uk, the sparring ive done in thailand has often been less intense than in the uk though it has varied a fair bit from one gym to another.
when we spar in the uk the rounds change between only boxing, only clinch, only kicking and everything.
Do you have an emphasis at your gym fire cobra, such as more boxing or kick or knee orientated or is it everything equally?
