From a parent's point of view:
Don't teach here, not yet any way. My son takes MA at the same school I am an Assistant Instructor, whenever possible I have another instructor supervise him, for the obvious reason, that I am Mom and he is kid.
As Participating in a more sports oriented branch of TKD myself (not pure sports, but pretty heavily) I am always happy to see more girls in class. At least in our school there is no discrimination for hight, though we do have a few kids that at the tender age of 12 or 13 are invited to join the adults in class because they are so big they can't find an adequate training partner among the juniors. Depending on the set up for the school, your daughter will be mixed with older kids so her size won't matter as much.
I'd give it a try. You usually find a better group of kids at the dojo than the forced mix at school as well!
