to elaborate a little a typical training routine at my old gym was 30 minutes of ropeskipping, with added drills, such as lifting you knees till they form a 90 degree angle, kicking each leg forward(kinda like a frontkick/teep) etc, then 30 minutes of pad work, and then 30 minutes sparring.
