I think the most important thing about rolling is to keep communication with the guy you're training with. If he ups the intensity a little, adjust upward. The point is to control without going ape-shit and doing damage.

Grappling classes I've attended divide the class to under 180-lbs and 180-lbs and up or something similar. I weighed something like 182 at the time.. so I KNOW what you mean! lol
