I have a feeling you are stressed and suffering from anxiety but your BP seems ok, so may just be you taking your pulse at the wrong time.
The heart rate is actually fairly consistent...I rarely dip below 100. I work at a treatment facility, so I chart myself after the residents fall asleep.
