Default Chest guards for women

Hi all, I'm after some advice.

I've done BJJ for years, and never wear a chest protector. However, I've just had a year off due to a pregnancy. I'm getting ready to go back to training, but my breasts are not going to cope with going unprotected, since they're sensitive from breastfeeding.

I have a chestplate-style karate chest protector, but it's so inflexible that if I'm in any position other than standing upright, the edges dig in. I tried on another one the other day which was like a bra but with hard cups, but it was a shape that in no way resembled my natural contours, and it dug into the squishy bits and was not good.

Surely I'm not the only woman who's gone back to BJJ after having a baby - does anyone have any advice???
