In my experience it tends to be one of two things.
1. Typically, your hands are wrapped too tight.
2. Your gloves are too stiff and you placing your thumbs under too much pressure trying to maintain a fist.
In addition, it always needs to be remembered that this is not what your hands were designed to do. |
