(Me too) I can't compare myself to the elite athletes and pros here but it's safe to say I'm fit enough to inflict some trauma should the need arise.
I like to shoot and cut but I doubt if I'll ever use those skills to defend anything, so it's hand to hand to hand. (Gravity and terrain implied)
