Okiez, I have changed my diet up a bit now after some advice here and other forums

when cutting from 75-70 this diet was good, but now I am training for a fight there is no where near enough carbs, so have been eating more.
Morning: Eggs & Wheat-a-bix
Brunch: More Wheat-a-bix
Lunch: Chicken sandwich (whole grain bread)
Tea: Turkey Breast & Vegetables
Dinner: Turkey Breast & Vegetables
better?

I had that yesterday and felt much more energy full
