That would be superb mate, thank you. Please bear in mind that, whether I like it or not, a lot of the calories will have to be taken on the move. Unfortunately, my job keeps me busy from about 7AM to 7PM, so the diet has to be easily accessible with minimum preparation. Thats my life unfortunately.

As it stands now I can't go above 75kg anyway, but I easily drop to below 70kg when I'm in hard training, and really struggle to pack the calories back on. So anything you could suggest for weight maintenance during pre-fight training, and calorie boost when weight starts to drop, would be a great help.
