You have hit the nail on the head, because preparing food that way and taking it to work in that manner will be easy and convenient for me. OK no probs, but dont be scared of that bit of ice cream in there. really nothing wrong with that considering the rest is very clean, plus some sat fats are useful for certain hormones and other body functions + it tastes nice.
Mess about wiht the meat and carb source, change cal levels with the nuts. Should be good for you. good luck.
