thankyou all for all the advice! its great ta have experienced people like yourselves to turn to.
Iv taken it all into account and am training harder and cant wait to spar him again and beat him. i think i got one or two jabs out before he charged at me but i think it was a bad round in general, my reasons being i wasnt ready for the attack and i guess not paying enough attention which didnt allow me to retaliate in anyway with a kick jab etc.
