Just to be clear, go to the manage attachments key down below the reply box. When you open that window up, click on Browse and find your file. Then, click Upload. If that still doesn't work and you've deleted all of your other pictures, you'll just have to wait until I can get a better feel for what's going on from one of the other moderators.
