Hi Ghost,
Sure can here is a brief rundown of a 1 and a half hour session,
10 min warm up which can vary but usually comprises sit upps squat thrusts, push upps, squats and balistic stretching movements,
If and when we are warmed up we then go onto pad work, usually the kind you get in Thailand and we do 5 x3s with defence and counter movements included.
We then do 3 x 2s on hands only again with defence/counter included.
Then move onto either sparring(fully padded up) or technique work ie defence/counter.
And finish with 20 mins of plam and 200 ish sit upps,
please note this is only basic and often i will work on what i think we are weak on as a group, especially if we have had a weakness shown to us in the ring.
I will work the fighters on specific attack and defence depending on there height/weight ratio and attitude/style,
Sometimes the pad work is replaced with more sparring or bag work, and as i like Muay Kow a lot we can sometimes do all night on knee/elbow and clinch
Hope it helps brother.
Look for me at Lumpinee tommorow night im in the corner with one of the thai boys as he defends his title in the main bout.
