Uh, yes....space junk does all those things! It "flys" in formation (same as the last three cheerios in a bowl always seem to stick together). It's in a complete circle around us, orbiting..."orbiting" is a circular motion. It blinks when sunlight strikes different angles of it while it is rotating. (you can see sunlight reflect off satellites all the time, chief). And the rest is just an optical illusion. Nothing has ever been measured leaving our atmostphere at 1000's of miles per hour except spacecraft. OUR spacecraft.
