When you say initial numbers, you mean what I can do at the moment? Approx in 2 mins:
Sit-ups: 60
Push-ups: 30
Running: I usually run a mile 2-3 times a week.
Sit-ups were always by strong suit in school. Unfortunately I can't say the same for running (Though I'm alot better than I used to be) and that goes double for push-ups(though that's getting better too). I don't think I'm up to snuff to pass the PFTs for passing basic, but I'm pretty sure I'm in the range for getting into basic. I figure basic will toughen me up alot more, but I also figure the more I sweat now, the less I'll sweat then (And the more you sweat now AND then, means the less chance to bleed on the battlefield, if that should happen.)
