This is a shame. It is one of the worst things you can do to somebody. Those people went to far.
Really going after them in the court system will not do anything, they will get off with hardly a mark on their record.
The girl that got beat will get better, the best justice served will be for her to forgive them and let God deal with them. God won't serve Justice on them if she seeks revenge(going to the courts and trying to sue them is revenge). She must forgive and forget. It is not worth her time.
May God have Mercy on thier souls.
