This brings a question I've always wondered. What are good training techniques for increasing speed for punches/kicks? I know Bruce's technique of staying relaxed (muscle viscocity, braking speed, etc.), but I'm looking for some training exercises, if anyone knows of some.
I was thinking explosive exercises, but curious to what everyone has to say about it.
