I go to Progressive Martial Arts in Flushing. I've been here for about 9 months and i've learned sooo much. The staff is caring, and amicable and so are all the students. There is a aesthetic pleasure when you train on the floor and you will learn the curriculum in detail. There are also Muay Thai and Kali classes. I highly recommend Progressive Martial Arts for anyone.
